VIETNAM – THE TIMELESS BEAUTY-TWIN CITIES DISCOVERY

ITINERARY DETAILS:

DAY 1: HANOI ARRIVAL (L/D)

On arrival at Noi Bai International Airport, our tourguide will meet you and transfer to hotel for check-in if room is available (check-in time is 14h00).  Lunch will be served at local restaurant.

In the afternoon, we will have a short visit Hanoi City with some activities such as “Cycol” or “Green Car” around Hanoi Old Quarter, Ngoc Son Temple and Hoan Kiem Lake, Water puppet show and shopping.  Dinner at local restaurant and overnight in Hanoi.

Meal: Lunch and dinner with INDIAN food at local restaurant.

DAY 2: HANOI – HALONG BAY – HANOI (B/L/D)

Breakfast at hotel, depart to Halong Bay which is well known as “World Heritage”. Most of the islands on Ha Long Bay are limestone and were formed over 500 million years ago, and are massed in the southeast and southwest. The schist islands scattered in the southeast have an average height of between 50-200m, and have a rich covering of flora. It takes around 04 hours for transfer. Upon arrival in Halong Bay, board the junk to visit Halong Bay. Enjoy a sumptuous seafood lunch on board. The 4 hours fantastic cruise will marvel you with thousands of picturesque rocky islets of all shapes and sizes. Explore Thien Cung grotto, round over, Dinh Huong island, Ga Choi island, Dog island and Sail island.  Turn back to boat station; depart for Hanoi in the afternoon. You will arrive in Hanoi at 2030 ours and dinner will be served at local Indian restaurant with overnight in Hanoi at the chosen hotel.

Meal: Breakfast at hotel, lunch with seafood on boat and dinner with INDIAN food at local restaurant.

DAY 03: HANOI CITY AND SHOPPING (B/L/D)

Breakfast at hotel, start your day by visiting: Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum (except every Monday & Friday), which tells the life story of the great leader, as well as serves as his final resting place. House on Stilt where Ho Chi Minh stayed, One Pillar Pagoda, one of the oldest architectures dated back from the 11th century. It rises on a one pillar from the middle of a square lotus pond. Legend has it that Ly Thai Tong had a dream vision Quan Am sitting on a lotus flower and promising him a male child. Thus, he had this pagoda built, itself sitting on a pond like a giant flower on its tall stem; The next visit to Tran Quoc Pagoda. Continue the city tour with the Temple of Literature– the first university in Vietnam.

After lunch at local restaurant, you have whole afternoon for free shopping in Old Quarter or some market as Hang Da Market, Dong Xuan Market.  At 19h30, we pick up from the hotel for dinner at local restaurant and overnight in Hanoi.

DAY 04: HANOI – HO CHI MINH CITY (SAIGON) (B/L/D) by FLIGHT (flight cost not included)

After breakfast at hotel, you are free to relax until our car come to pick up and transfer to to Noi Bai International Airport for flight to Ho Chi Minh City. Welcome and pick up to city centre for lunch at local restaurant before hotel check-in.

In the afternoon, have a half-day city tout of dynamic Ho Chi Minh City, still called Saigon by many local people. Then visit Reunification Palace, Notre Dame Cathedral, General Post Office, Ben Thanh market and the Ngoc Hoang Pagoda. Enjoy dinner at local restaurant O/N in Ho Chi Minh City.

Meal: Breakfast at hotel, Lunch and dinner with INDIAN food at local restaurant.

DAY 05: HO CHI MINH CITY – MEKONG DELTA (MY THO) – HO CHI MINH CITY (B/L/D)

Breakfast at the hotel. Today is full day excursion to Mytho, where the Mekong River flows. On the way, we visit Vinh Trang Pagoda and Dong Tam Snake Farm. Upon arrival in My Tho, you will enjoy a leisure cruise on the Mekong River through Thoi Son Island via small beautiful canals. You will walk along small village road to visit fruit garden and see the daily life of villagers. Rowing boat cruise along wonderful canals to visit orchards and the house of local people. Enjoy some of tropical fruits and traditional music show then boat cruise to Tortoise Island to have lunch at local restaurant. Visit a coconut candy workshop. Back to Ho Chi Minh City and in the evening, enjoy dinner at local restaurant. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.

Meal: Breakfast at hotel, Lunch with Halal food and dinner with INDIAN food at local restaurant.

DAY 06: HO CHI MINH CITY – CU CHI TUNNEL – SHOPPING (B/L/D)

Early breakfast at the hotel. Drive to Cu Chi and visit the amazing complex of underground tunnels. There are more than 200 km of underground tunnels, comprising a main axis system with many branches connecting to underground hideouts, shelters and other tunnels. Lunch at a local restaurant with Vietnamese food. Back to Ho Chi Minh City for free at leisure or shopping at your own arrangement. At 19h30, we pick up at hotel for dinner at local restaurant. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.

 Meal: Breakfast at hotel, Lunch and dinner with INDIAN food at local restaurant.

DAY 07:  HO CHI MINH CITY – DEPARTURE (B)

Breakfast at hotel. Free at your own activities then transfer to Tan Son Nhat International Airport for departure. We hope you have enjoyed your holidays with unforgettable memories traveling. End of service.
